Delivery

For all cash on delivery orders, the delivery will be initiated only after confirming the order with the customer via call from our sales team.
In the case of card payment or bank transfer, we will proceed with the delivery only once the money is credited in our bank account.
Within city limits of Dubai and Sharjah emirates products ordered will be delivered within 1-2 days. Delivery schedule for other emirates will be completed within 2-3 days.
Free delivery for products purchased above AED 599.
We charge a nominal fee for the same day delivery. Charges are mentioned at the time of checkout.
The order for the items eligible for delivery should be placed before 12pm to get the items delivered the same day or else the delivery will be scheduled for the following day provided it’s a working day.
Delivery is not applicable on Sundays or on any public holidays.

Return And Refund Policy

Refund or exchange of the purchased product is subject to the following terms and conditions:>

1) Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery received, the product must be in good and unused condition (must be unopened and in original packaging).

2) Refund to be requested with a valid reason (damaged on delivery, manufacturing defect, incorrect product)

3) Seven Plus team will inspect returned items at the collection point. (Refund will not be accepted if anything missing, used or not placed in the original packaging).

4) In the case a faulty or incorrect item has been delivered, Seven Plus will cover the return shipping costs (contact info@sevenplusuae.com)

All Card payments will be refunded to the bank account within 14 working days.
