General Terms
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect product selection, or if the item is received as an unwanted gift.

Defective or Faulty Items
- Items found to be faulty or defective may be submitted for inspection.
- If the unit on inspection is identified as faulty, the item may be repaired or a replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect will be at the sole discretion of Seven Plus LLC or its authorized service provider.
- Customers are responsible for delivering the item to our collection point for evaluation.
Unopened Items
Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be considered for exchange within 7 days of purchase. Approval of such exchanges is subject to inspection and the sole discretion of Seven Plus LLC.
Product Information
Product descriptions and specifications on our website are for general reference only and may not include all technical or included details. Customers are encouraged to verify specifications directly through the manufacturer’s official resources prior to purchase.
Refunds and Replacements
- Cash refunds are not offered. Approved returns may be exchanged for the same or an alternative product or compensated via credit note.
- Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging, labels, and components intact.
- If the product cannot be repaired and the same model is unavailable, an alternative model may be offered. Any price difference will either be paid by the customer or issued as a credit note, as applicable.
Return Conditions
- A valid proof of purchase is required for all return or exchange requests.
- Seven Plus LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy criteria or where items are no longer in sellable condition.
- Approved open box returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, provided the product and packaging are in re-sellable condition. This is strictly subject to our inspection and approval.
Additional Notes
- Delivery and collection charges for returned items may apply if the customer requests our logistics support.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed only through the original mode of payment or issued as a credit note for future purchases.
- Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once completed and acknowledged by the customer.
- If the returned unit is covered under warranty, repair charges will be borne by Seven Plus LLC.
- For issues not covered under warranty, both delivery and repair charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method and may take 30 to 45 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
All return and refund terms are in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws. Seven Plus LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
