Delivery

For all cash on delivery orders, the delivery will be initiated only after confirming the order with the customer via call from our sales team.
In the case of card payment or bank transfer, we will proceed with the delivery only once the money is credited in our bank account.
Within city limits of Dubai and Sharjah emirates products ordered will be delivered within 1-2 days. Delivery schedule for other emirates will be completed within 2-3 days.
Free delivery for products purchased above AED 599.
We charge a nominal fee for the same day delivery. Charges are mentioned at the time of checkout.
The order for the items eligible for delivery should be placed before 12pm to get the items delivered the same day or else the delivery will be scheduled for the following day provided it’s a working day.
Delivery is not applicable on Sundays or on any public holidays.

Return And Refund Policy

Refund or exchange of the purchased product is subject to the following terms and conditions:>

1) Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery received, the product must be in good and unused condition (must be unopened and in original packaging).

2) Refund to be requested with a valid reason (damaged on delivery, manufacturing defect, incorrect product)

3) Seven Plus team will inspect returned items at the collection point. (Refund will not be accepted if anything missing, used or not placed in the original packaging).

4) In the case a faulty or incorrect item has been delivered, Seven Plus will cover the return shipping costs (contact info@sevenplusuae.com)

Equipped with 32 digitally controlled XMAX mic preamps, 32 balanced line-level inputs, 16 analog outputs, and 2 stereo AES3 digital outputs, the NSB 32.16 integrates seamlessly into StudioLive Series III digital mixers with a single Ethernet connection. Remote control input trims, phantom power, and more directly from your StudioLive Series III console or from Universal Control remote mixing software on your tablet or laptop.

The NSB 32.16 networked stage box is loaded with 32 versatile locking combo jacks. Connect your microphones to the digitally controlled XMAX preamps or use the balanced ¼-inch TRS inputs to connect your line-level devices – the NSB 32.16 can handle it all. The inputs can be sent to any StudioLive Series III digital mixer on the network, and thanks to gain compensation, every mixer gets individual gain control without affecting the front-of-house mix.

PreSonus built the NSB 32.16 inside a rugged steel chassis designed to survive the rigors of the most demanding tours. The NSB 32.16 features adjustable rack ears, so you can choose between flush or recessed as well as front or rear I/O installation to fit your rack best. Thanks to the standard 3U 19-inch design, the NSB 32.16 is also compatible with most universal stage pockets for permanent installations.
